Never felt this sad in my life :( Feeling like you're not worthy is the saddest thing about someone with a really good life.. Someone that's been given everything, but yet that one thing they want is impossible to get because of certain social norms... When you feel that way tell yourself that you have so many things to look forward to and never look back...

Sunny skies usually make me happy. But today there were beautiful fluffy clouds in the sky. From the balcony it looked even better. I took a couple of pics of the view and my personal photographer, took some of me. I love staying in Woodstock its a stunning area to stay in. Amazing views, some of the oldest buildings and beautiful Victorian houses. Many people think that it isn't a good area because of the bad name it's gotten over the years through drugs and gangsterism. It isn't as bad as it use to be because right now they are changing the whole vibe. Lots of shops, restaurants, mini malls etc... There is also a mini market at the old biscuit mill which happens every Saturday come rain or shine. During the week there are different kinds of stores and cafe. What is amazing is that Woodstock is near to the CBD. Everything is so close. Would never wanna move out of this area.

Recently I've been very interested in editing photos. My style of editing isn't the norm which everyone goes about editing. Mine is a bit different and I enjoy changing aspects of the picture. I usually use  http://pixlr.com/. I think it is a great website to design and edit pictures as an alternative to photoshop or adobe. You can't compare quality or the amount of things you can do with photoshop to the amount of things you could do with pixlr. It is a good starting point for beginners. Here are some of my pictures I have edited.

Born frees first time.

On the 7th May 2014, I voted for the first time. I am born free but I honor and respect those who have fought for my freedom. I was very excited and felt really good once I made my official mark on the voting sheets. I have no idea what it may have felt like to be in the apartheid struggle but from what I heard from people who experienced it and in history class I can only imagine the terrible conditions. May our country only get stronger and unit as the rainbow nation.

Trying to think of all that is positive in my life. So many places to start and for that, I am grateful. I wonder about all the great possibilities that are out there for me. Knowing that every day is a start of something beautiful. Only worry about the present because the present creates your future. Whatever you put in is what you'll get out one day. Just building blocks to your destination one day. Make good choices and you benefit in the end. Make an effort to make yourself happy! Forget the rest, because in the end you are what matters. Might sound self centered, but try and make yourself happy before you make others happy and in the end it'll come naturally.
