I will start this entry saying, life is definitely too short to live with regrets. Be true to who you are and the rest will follow. You may think some of your dreams are too impossible to come true, but it can't be achieved if you don't try. If your mindset is positive and you care deeply for yourself anything is possible. Just believe that it is.
In your saddest moment try to think about all your blessings and what is good in your life at the moment... and by doing that you show gratitude and may receive even more than what you thought you deserved.
If the past is hard and full of hurt forget about it. and make a new start focus on the "NOW" and if you do that your future will be as you want it. So by making sure you're happy and doing your best at everything you want to do, you'll end up with an amazing future.
If something gets you down remember that being sad is a waste of time. Just slowly takes your happiness away and you end up feeling empty and sad.
Find out what your passion is make it your job and you'll never need to work a day in your life because you'll always be loving what you doing.
